Nexoftware
One system serves many businesses at once. Each one builds its own package from point of sale, ERP, CRM, orders and invoicing, and switches on features that are paid separately.
The challenge
- 01Small businesses pay for huge suites and use a fraction of them.
- 02Every trade needs something different: a restaurant, a shop and a distributor do not run the same way.
- 03Charging subscriptions, stamping invoices and keeping each company's data apart had to work from day one.
What I built
À la carte modules
POS, ERP, CRM, orders and invoicing as modules; each extra feature is switched on per company.
Complete point of sale
Cash drawer and closing, returns, split payments, receipt printing and open tabs for restaurants.
Inventory and purchasing
Purchases, batches and locations, CSV import and bulk price changes.
CFDI invoicing
Invoices stamped from the system through a server function. Configurable taxes and currency.
Stripe subscriptions
Checkout and webhook: each company's plan and payment status update on their own.
Multi-branch and own branding
Branches, users and each company's identity on its receipts and emails.
Treasury and accounting
Cash movements and accounting records in the same place.
How it is built
- Landing with configurator
- Modular app
- Quote and sign-up
- Multi-tenant Postgres + RLS
- Per-module features
- Edge Functions
- Stripe
- CFDI stamping
- Transactional email
- Lead webhook
The outcome
A business can start with a single 20 USD monthly module and grow without switching systems.
