Los Cedros
Three phases of 43 lots in Francisco May. The old site had counters stuck at zero and hand-painted plans; today every lot is held, sold and paid for inside the same system.
The challenge
- 01A generic WordPress theme that was never meant to sell land.
- 02Static plans: availability was painted by hand and two of the three phases had plans from 2023.
- 03No real lead capture, no follow-up and no control over payments or commissions.
What I built
Live interactive masterplan
All three phases, true to the land: one row of 43 lots facing one street. Each lot opens a card with "Get a quote" and "Ask on WhatsApp".
Lead capture with source
The form stores the phase, lot and campaign (UTM, gclid, fbclid) of every lead.
Role-based CRM
Dashboard, leads, calendar, inventory, sales, commissions, team and audit log. The menu changes with who logs in.
Holds with a countdown
Lots are held, extended and released through database rules; nobody edits a status by hand.
Fair commissions
Each agent's commission is released in proportion to the down payment collected.
Client portal
Purchased lots, payment progress, monthly installment, history and receipts behind signed links.
Automatic deployment
Every approved change is built and published to the hosting on its own.
How it is built
- Landing + masterplan
- Role-based CRM
- Client portal
- Postgres with RLS
- Realtime
- Private storage
- Edge Functions
- Supabase Auth
- GitHub Actions → cPanel
The outcome
The development went from an online brochure to a sales system: team, management and buyers see the same inventory at the same time.
